Service Overview
Most UK homes built between 1920 and 1990 have cavity walls—an outer brick wall separated from an inner block wall by a hollow space. Without insulation, heat is lost through this cavity via convection currents. We inject BBA-certified expanded polystyrene (EPS) bonded beads into the cavity from the outside. Our technicians drill small 22mm holes in the external mortar joints, blow the insulation beads in under low pressure, and reseal the holes with color-matched mortar. The process is clean, fast, and does not alter the appearance of your home.

Will cavity wall insulation cause dampness?
No. The EPS beads we use are hydrophobic (water-repellent). Any rain that penetrates the outer leaf simply drains down the cavity rather than crossing to the interior wall.
How do you know if my walls are cavity or solid?
If your brickwork has a regular pattern with all bricks laid lengthwise, it is likely a cavity wall. A pattern showing alternating headers (brick ends) indicates solid brick walls.
